Adware are an unfortunate nuisance - Adware are computer programs designed to display targetted ads, which can also significantly reduce computer speed. They slow down your computer by using RAM and PCU cycles and can also slow down your Internet connection. This article gives four simple rules to eliminate Adware from any computer.

Rule 1: Use Adware remover software - Our recommended solution is simply to use an adware removal software and follow some simple steps to prevent undesirable adware installation on your computer. Adware removal software - free versions can be tried first – Using the free version of any popular adware removal software is usually very easy. This method is a good one, to check if a software meets your needs as well as experience any support and customer service. Click on how do I get rid of adware for more information

Rule 2: Avoid P2P- It usually pays to be cautious with the programs you download from the internet. For instance programs delivered using Peer to Peer network (Peer to Peer/ P2P programs) should generally be avoided. Many of these programs install adware on your computer, regardless of how much the publishers might claim not to support such a practice and this can also leave your computer vulnerable to viruses. This is a challenge for many users, as P2P are widely used to share music and film content. You should make a conscious decision on whether or not to use Peer to Peer networks, and in that event use a popular adware removal program soon after downloading any file from any P2P network in order to eliminate any adware.

Rule 3: Stay clear of “weird” emails - Another good way to prevent the installation of adware on any computer is simply not to open any emails from unrecognized sources, especially if they contain attachments. Remember, if an email title looks too good to be true then it is probably a scam anyway so hit “Delete” instead of opening it. Click on how to remove spyware for more information

Rule 4: Disable cookies - Unless you know and trust the site you are browsing, you should disallow cookies. Cookies can make browsing the Internet more convenient by allowing your favorite sites to recognize you, but Cookies will also allow adware, including spyware which are programmed to  steal important information about you which could end up in the wrong hands.

Thanks for that information Neil, “surfing” the internet can bring on a heap of problems if one is not aware like down loading music and movies, a lot adware and malware are sometimes connected to them.
If anyone using their PC to playbills, research, gaming etc.they should get a good anti-viruse , anti-adware, malware software program and installed it on their machine first.
